📅 مدة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.

🔄 شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• 📦 المنتجات القابلة للاسترجاع: تشمل جميع المنتجات غير التالفة وغير المستخدمة.

• 🚫 المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع: المنتجات المخصصة أو المعدلة حسب الطلب، وبعض المنتجات الإلكترونية التي تم فتحها.

• 🛠️ المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة: في حال وصول منتج تالف أو به عيب مصنعي، سنتحمل تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع بالكامل.

💰 كيفية استرداد المبلغ

• يتم إرجاع المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج والتأكد من حالته.

• في حال تم الدفع عند الاستلام، سيتم تعويضك بقسيمة شرائية أو تحويل بنكي.
